Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout for these items.

You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled within 7 days of purchase, after this time store credit may be offered instead, at the discretion of the owners. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Unfulfilled Orders

Items that are in stock may be eligible for a refund if returned in new condition within 7 days of purchase or receipt of shipment, at our discretion.

For records returned in new condition within one month of purchase or for cancelled orders older than 7 days, store credit may be provided at our discretion.
