Can I Get Free Shipping?
Yes! Customers in the UK who spend more than £75 on records qualify for free shipping, as long as the records are being delivered to a UK address. Once your order meets this amount, you'll notice a ‘Free Shipping’ option at checkout. This service is provided via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, or courier – dependent on the size and weight of the order. 24 Hour service is available for an extra £1.
When overseas shipping commences
For non-UK customers, there is no free shipping option I'm afraid, but couriers can be arranged for larger orders which often bring the cost of shipping per record down drastically - for example, sending one record to the USA currently costs about £11 to send with tracking, by comparison, a 6kg parcel to the USA (about 35 records), costs about £45-50 with a courier.
Similarly, a 6kg parcel to the EU can often be arranged for around £15-22 not including VAT and import fees/charges.
If you're interested in purchasing larger quantities to an overseas destination, please get in touch and I'll sort you an up-to-date quote for shipping, these prices have a tendency to fluctuate quickly and wildly.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Order containing in-stock products only (i.e. no preorder products) will be shipped on Tuesdays or Fridays at present – more frequently if time and demand allows.
I'm planning to make this more regular in time so bear with me.
Do You Ship Outside Of The UK?
Not yet - our apologies for this, but we expect to be able to commence shipping to non-UK destinations from 30th April 2025 at the latest.
When shipping to non-UK countries commences, we will be shipping to the following destinations only to begin with, but will start adding additional destinations as time goes by - again, our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do You Charge VAT, If I Live Outside Of The UK, Will I Have To Pay Local VAT or Import Charges?
If you're outside the UK, your country might charge import VAT, customs
duties, or a handling fee when your package arrives. It’s not always
the case, but it’s worth being aware of.
Why are these charges added?
Since we’re not VAT registered in the UK, we don’t charge VAT at
checkout. That means for international orders — especially in the EU —
your local customs might step in and add VAT or other fees before delivery.
How much could it be?
It really depends on your country. For example:
In the EU, VAT is usually charged on orders over around €22, and postal services might add a small admin fee.
In the USA, Australia, Canada, Norway, and other countries, there are different thresholds and rules.
Please check your country’s customs website for the most accurate info.
Can you mark my package as a gift or declare a lower value?
Sorry, this is no longer possible. We’re legally required to mark all customs forms accurately — including the correct value — to avoid issues at the border.
What happens if I don’t pay the import fees and the parcel is returned?
If your parcel is returned to us because import duties, VAT, or handling fees weren’t paid, we’ll refund your order minus the original shipping cost once it arrives back safely.
We totally understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating — that’s why we try to be upfront about the possibility of customs fees when shipping internationally. Unfortunately, if a package is rejected and
returned, we still have to cover the original shipping and any return costs
that may apply.
Why don’t you just include VAT in the price like other shops?
We’re a small, independent UK-based shop and label and not currently VAT registered, which means we don’t collect VAT from customers. If that changes in the future, we’ll update our process and do our best to make things even smoother for international buyers.
Returns & Refunds
Items that are in stock may be eligible for a refund if returned in new condition within 7 days of purchase or receipt of shipment, at
our discretion.
Pre-order items can be cancelled and refunded within 7 days of the order date, but refunds will not be issued beyond this period due to our commitment to securing and paying for your items with suppliers.
For records returned in new condition within one month of purchase or for cancelled orders older than 7 days, store credit may be provided at our discretion.
Damaged/Lost Orders
It’s rare for orders to go missing, especially when using tracked services, however if your order is on the drag, get in touch with us and we will find the tracking information and see if we can trace it for you.
Again, it’s very rare for items to be damaged in transit, but if this does happen – please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try and remedy the situation for you.

If the order has not already been shipped, please get in touch with us as soon as possible for us to cancel and refund you.
